How quickly do you dispatch orders?

All cards are handmade to order and are dispatched within 1 working daybut often the same day as we receive an order. 

How long does delivery take?

Every order is sent free by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Royal Mail's aim for 2nd class post is 2-3 working days but this is not a guarantee. There is the option to upgrade to 1st Class post when checking out.

Can you send the card straight to the recipient?

Yes, that's no problem at all! Add the name and address of the receipient in your order notes and we would be happy to do this at no extra cost.

How will you ensure my card arrives in perfect condition?

As well as taking great care when making your card, it will be packed in a protective recyclable cello bag and posted in a separate card backed envelope labelled please do not bend.

Can you personalise the message inside the card?

Yes! Add your message with your order notes when checking out and we will make sure this is added to the inside of your card.

Are all cards your own ideas, designs and artwork and made wholly by you?

Yes, I carry out the whole process myself. I use my own ideas, my own designs (including doing the drawings and taking any photos used), laying the cards out for printing, printing them, guillotining them to size, packing them and sending them out. I think that covers the whole process!

Are your cards completely handmade?

Yes. Every card is designed, printed, cut, and assembled by hand in my small UK studio.

What size are your cards?

All cards are 146mm x 146mm square.

Do cards come with envelopes?

Yes — every card includes a high‑quality envelope 100 gsm. When placing your order, you can choose between a speckled white or a lime green envelope.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using Stripe or PayPal.
