Shipping policy

When an order is received by us, it will be made and dispatched that same day or the following working day depending on when in the day the order was received.

The item cost paid by you includes free 2nd class delivery by Royal Mail. Royal Mail's aim is to deliver this within 2-3 working days but they do not consider an item lost until 10 working days have lapsed. See our returns and refunds policy regarding refund of non-received items.
