How quickly do you dispatch orders?

All cards are handmade to order and are dispatched within 1 working day but if we receive your order by 1.00pm Mon-Fri (or by 11.00am on a Saturday), it will be dispatched the same day. After these cut-off times, it will then be posted the next working day.  

How long does delivery take?

Every order is sent free by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Royal Mail's delivery aim for 2nd class post is up to 3 working days but please note, this is not a guarantee. There is the option to upgrade to 1st Class post when checking out if you need your card sooner, as well as tracked options.

Can you send the card straight to the recipient?

Yes, that's no problem at all! Add the name and address of the recipient in your order notes and we would be happy to do this at no extra cost.

How will you ensure my card arrives in perfect condition?

As well as taking great care when making your card, it will be packed in a protective recyclable cellophane bag and posted in a separate card backed envelope labelled 'please do not bend'.

Can you personalise the message inside the card?

Yes! Add your message with your order notes when checking out and we will make sure this is added (typed) on the inside of your card in a stylish, modern font.

Are all cards your own ideas, designs and artwork and made wholly by you?

Yes, 100%! I carry out the whole process myself. I use my own ideas, create my own designs (including doing the drawings and taking any photos used), lay the cards out for printing, print them, guillotine them to size, pack them and send them out. I think that covers the whole process!

Are your cards completely handmade?

Yes. Every card is designed, printed, cut, assembled and packed by my own two hands, all in my small UK studio.

What size are your cards?

All our cards are 146mm x 146mm square.

Do all your cards come with envelopes?

Yes, every card includes a high‑quality 100 gsm envelope and when placing your order, you can choose between a speckled white or a lime green envelope.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using Stripe or PayPal.
